Leadership is the role of being a leader. Leaders make history through their action. A leaders
actions influence his or her people. The influence ranges from small to large depending on the action.
One who has the required qualities of being a leader should be the leader. A leader should be prudent,
honest and influential.

A leader should show his prudence to his people by dealing with situations effectively. No
matter how bad a situation is a leader should be able to deal with it effectively. A leader can even loose
his power if he is not prudent. A prudent leader doesn’t let a problem get worse.

A leader should show his honesty to his people. If a leader ever turns out to be dishonest then
the public will never trust him. A leader should not give any wrong information about anyone or
anything.

A leader should have a good influence on people’s lives. Every action of an influential leader has
influence in it. This is why a leader should not make any mistake for which other people will suffer.

In closing a leader should be prudent, honest and influential. If a leader is good then he will
become people’s role models.
